Packages
Standard Photo Shoot
This level includes interior and exterior coverage, takes approximately 1-1/2 hours—including a 1/2 hour of post-production processing—and generates up to 15 images. As a guideline, this level is appropriate for properties under 3000 sq. ft.

Mid Range Shoot
This level includes up to 2 hours on-site, and an equivalent post-production processing. This level is appropriate for properties up to 4000sq. ft., or for more detailed shoots.

Premium Shoot
This level includes up to 3 hours of shooting, 2 hours of post-production time, and generates up to 30 finished images. It's preferred to make a separate appointment prior to the actual shoot to scout the property with you.

Exterior Only
This level generates 1 to 3 images.

This service includes twilight exterior photography and generates 2 finished images.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you clean the property first?
All properties will be shot “As Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $5 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot.
Can I sell your photos to publications?
Only the photographer may legally sell the images. They are protected by the United States copyright laws.
Who owns the pictures?
All images produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self promotion. The photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with the Photographer, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
